About Oscar
Oscar’s leadership is grounded in the self-perform philosophy that defines K12CG. Rather than relying on layers of subcontractors, he champions an in-house model built around more than 50 union installers, giving the firm direct control over quality from subgrade to finished surface, accelerating schedules, and standing behind every detail of the work. It reflects a career-long conviction that accountability and craftsmanship cannot be delegated away.
Under Oscar’s direction, K12CG delivers full-scope capital improvements that reach well beyond finishes, district-wide athletic field modernization, centralized food-service kitchen infrastructure, restroom and campus renovations, and ongoing flooring replacement programs. He has guided the firm through programmatic, multi-year district partnerships and on-call assignments in active, high-security environments, consistently meeting prevailing wage compliance, bonding requirements, and rigorous QA/QC standards.
A seasoned public works leader, Oscar brings deep fluency in the regulatory and operational demands of government contracting, prevailing wage administration, DIR compliance, bonded project delivery, and coordination within occupied schools, transportation facilities, and municipal sites. His experience spans the full lifecycle of modernization work, from early planning and Facilities Master Plan strategy through structural base preparation, installation, inspection, and closeout. Guiding projects from early planning and budgeting through procurement, field execution, inspection, and turnover, his deep fluency in prevailing wage administration, DIR compliance, bonded delivery, and public works procurement helps districts advance their capital programs with confidence and accountability.
Today, Oscar continues to lead K12 as both a builder and a strategic partner to the districts and agencies it serves. His four-plus decades of experience anchor the firm’s promise: reliable, accountable, and elite execution on the projects communities depend on most.
